Web 2.0 tools allow individuals to share experiences and interact with a website more easily. Web 2.0 is about users and content instead of just surfing on the Internet.
Web 2.0 tools let audience members interact with presenters, rate and share content, and subscribe to webcast channels. Web 2.0 tools are valuable for bringing people together, but when thinking about Web 2.0 tools it’s important to think beyond the web.

There are several web 2.0 services that will let you do that now without going through the time and expense of setting up and monitoring a forum. However it can sometimes be difficult to decide which platform your customers are most comfortable with.
