are the templates created with the help of “div” tag and external css file where you change the style and look of your template. These templates are lightweight because of the low in file size. CSS templates also help in arranging the layout logically to both the developers and all the users. CSS Templates are templates which heavily rely on to style the look of them. They are usually lightweight (low in file size) and have a modern feel to them.

Here’s a great set of templates I found digging through Digg.

These are ideal for document handling and are much easier to customize than web templates with table-based coding. These CSS templates can be used to style the layout of your site. Colors, fonts, and the over all look of your site can be changed and styles.

Enjoy!
